With the extended opening title sequence of An American Werewolf in London (1981), I saw an opportunity to musically represent each chapter of the film. The orchestra conveys the main character's sorrow over losing his partner, his transformation into a werewolf, and the horror he unleashes in London. This piece continues the development of my own orchestral style, inspired by Elfman, Stravinsky, and heavy rock.
