Fascinated by the orchestration techniques of Stravinsky and Beethoven, I drew inspiration from them in creating this piece. The music reflects Rey's shifting emotions in the final scene of Star Wars: Episode VII (2015), with each chord change capturing her confusion, pain, admiration, or rage.
